The Problem
The standard medical system was not designed for you.
You probably have a doctor who glances at a basic panel once a year and tells you everything looks fine. The visit is only fifteen minutes, and somewhere between shuffling in and shuffling out, you didn’t even ask the one question you came in with.
The wellness industry fills that gap with noise. A new supplement stack every month. A new protocol from a new influencer. Complexity is sold as sophistication, because simplicity is not profitable.
You do not need a new protocol. You need a framework that works, a deep partnership with a physician who thinks in decades, and a system you will actually follow for the next thirty years.
My Approach
We are evolutionary beings living in a world our bodies were never designed for. That mismatch is at the root of most modern health and performance problems.
But evolutionary logic only goes so far. Evolution cared only about passing on genes, not about your health at fifty or seventy. It left real vulnerabilities: cardiovascular disease, cancer, dementia, and hormonal decline.
Modern medicine can now find these decades before they surface and act on them with precision.
My philosophy: build your life around what human biology actually needs. Then use modern medicine to protect the places evolution left exposed.

Hi, I’m Chris.
I am Chris Vandivort, a physician based in the San Francisco Bay Area.
I spent years working night shifts in the hospital. I saw what happens when health falls apart, and I saw it over and over again. I kept thinking the same thing: why are we waiting for people to break before we help them?
Yet… I was not exactly walking the walk myself. I could debate fasting protocols with anyone, but I was overweight. I had read everything but failed to live anything. I knew all the intricacies of optimization, but somehow I did not have the body or the energy or the life I wanted.
I went back to first principles. I re-analyzed the literature. I let go of what I thought I knew, what I thought was optimal, what I thought mattered. I thought long and hard about how to optimize not just for health and longevity, but also for performance and vitality.
And I asked the question nobody in the optimization space seems to ask: how does this actually fit into real life? The one with the career, the relationships, the Friday nights.
Everything changed.
Since then, I have never been happier, felt better, or been healthier.

This is an annual membership. Not a one-off consultation or quick-fix protocol.
We form a deep, longitudinal relationship where I come to understand your biology, your goals, your life, and your risks, and we build a strategy together that evolves as you do.
